Senior Project FRESH helps to provide healthy and nutritious produce to Michigan senior clients, while fostering economic development by promoting our state’s diverse agricultural products distributed at local markets. For seniors to be eligible they must be:

  • 60 or older
  • Live in Kalamazoo County
  • Considered low income (*185% of poverty)

There are two ways recipients can apply this year:

  • By phone: leave a voicemail at 269-382-0515 x318# (this line will not be answered, just monitored for messages)
  • Online: fill out the application found here and submit it by:

Recipients using phone method will then receive an application in the mail, as well as a return envelope to send the application back. Upon approval, all qualified recipients will receive their coupons available for immediate use and a nutritional flyer back at the address provided.
