Senior Services Southwest Michigan is an ideal location to gather for events both large and small — reunions, workshops, business meetings, support groups, Tai Chi, receptions — dedicated to foster collaboration, personal growth, professional development, and successes of life.
With ample parking space and easy access to downtown resources, we have three rooms to accommodate your every need. Rooms rent individually or in any combination and can be transformed into the perfect space to host your next event. We offer tables, chairs and exclusive privileges to Generations Catering, Senior Services’ on-site catering service, with a paid rental agreement. Additional accommodations are available upon request for an additional fee.
The Activity Room is the smallest of the three rooms available and provides a great environment for your more intimate occasions. The room is approximately 256 Square Feet and accommodates up to 16 people. The room rental rate is $30/hr. during our normal business hours and is also available outside Senior Services’ business hours for $60/hr.
Our Board Room
The Board Room is a great place to host many medium sized gatherings. The room is approximately 424 square feet and accommodates up to 20 individuals. The room rental rate is $35/hr. during our normal business hours and is also available outside Senior Services’ business hours for $70/hr.
The Coover Center provides an open, clean, and accessible venue for large events and occasions. With a flexible floor plan and granted access to a beautiful outdoor patio, the room is a popular choice for corporate trainings, luncheons, and staff trainings. The room is approximately 3186 square feet and accommodates up to 203 guests. Classes, events, services, and activities are widely held during normal business hours, but the possibilities are endless for utilization after business hours as well. The room rental rate is $50/hr. during our normal business hours and is also available outside Senior Services’ business hours for $100/hr.
