The Senior Services Home Repair Program is funded by a Community Development Block Grant in partnership with the City of Kalamazoo.  It has been sponsored by Senior Services, Inc. and funded annually by grant funds ever since 1976.

One key reason that our home repair program is so successful is because of the tireless efforts of our volunteer "Tuesday Toolmen".  These dedicated volunteers help to make our program what it is today.  The staff in this program include our Home Repair Program Director, Jo "Annie" Morgan, BA, Certified Aging in Place Specialist and licensed builder.  Annie is the 2006 Associate of the Year from the Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo and the 2005 National Association of Home Builders CAPS Designee.
