Nursing Facility Monitoring Program:

The Nursing Facility Monitoring Program of Senior Services provides individualized services for those persons identified in their OBRA Assessment as needing mental health/developmental disabilities services.  This may include problem solving, decision-making, improved coping, medication monitoring, psychiatric consultation or grief/loss/depression management.

The Nursing Facility Monitoring Program also collaborates with the facility staff and the family or guardians to provide consistent and appropriate care.  Staff training is provided for both general issues and, treatment approaches for specific individuals.
