Waiver Program Quality Assurance/Risk Management Coordinator
This is a fulltime position that provides quality assurance and risk management in collaboration with MDHHS, participants and vendors of the MI Choice Waiver program. Provides consultation, staff education, and vendor training in conjunction with the supports coordinators and MI Choice Waiver Program manager.
Home Care Coordinator
This is a fulltime position that helps coordinate and schedule home care aides, assist with payroll and billing, field large call volume from staff and customers, complete reports, and assist management and RN with staff development. May be required to be on-call evenings and weekends.
Behavioral Health Social Worker/Case Manager
We are seeking to fill a Behavioral Health Social Worker/Case Manager position. This is a full-time position. The position will provide direct case management behavioral health services by assessing and planning, linking, monitoring, advocating, and responding to psychiatric and medical emergencies of mentally ill persons over 55 years of age who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization without on-going support and intervention
Meals on Wheels Driver (Battle Creek)
We are looking to fill a Meals on Wheels Driver (part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week) position. This position will provide delivery services to customers residing in Battle Creek and the surrounding area for the Meals on Wheels program in Calhoun County.
This part-time position will be responsible for set-up, serving, and clean up of lunch-time meals at a congregate senior meal site (Friendship Center). Our congregate sites also offer educational and/or recreational programs for our customers. Must be available to work during the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This is the perfect job for someone looking to work only a few hours a week.
