Information and Assistance:

Information and Assistance is a service to assist older adults, their families and the community regarding matters of interest or concern to older adults.  Literally thousands of elders and families discovered this year that if you need information, support or referral to community services for elders, our information and assessment services are here to help.

Staff at Senior Services are available to offer assessment of problems, provide information, and make referrals to appropriate programs and services both at our organization and at other community organizations.

We are located at 918 Jasper Street in Kalamazoo and by clicking on the "Map to Senior Services" link above, you can easily see and print a map to our offices from your home.  

Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.  You are welcome to call us at (269)382-0515 or fax us at (269) 382-3189.
