Home-Bound Seniors and others can get food brought to their homes by our Meals-on-Wheels program. Seniors who are more active are encouraged to visit one of our many Friendship Centers. And finally, those who are not elderly but are home-bound or need home delivered meals can take advantage of our "Food For All" meals service. Our Meals-on-Wheels meals are served to people aged 60 and older living anywhere in Kalamazoo County. We serve nutritionally balanced meals to seniors who are homebound and unable to prepare meals for themselves. The meals we provide are prepared in our own state-of-the-art kitchen, and every meal provides one-third of your daily dietary requirements. Our meals are tailored to the unique and specific needs of the senior. Our Meals-on-Wheels clients receive individual health assessments by either a nurse or social worker who visits them in their homes twice a year.
